Our Story.

Kinfolk started with a 100 year old Venice Beach bungalow, long days, a little bit of luck and the goal to leave it better.

We noticed many real estate owners were missing easy opportunities to improve, favoring surface-level flashiness and contracting services to dis-interested 3rd parties.

But what if we could bring all the real estate functions together in one team?

At Kinfolk we design, build, manage and maintain all our own properties.
We leave it better by focusing on making small enhancements across the board, that when combined, create big results.

Since that first Venice project our team has re-imagined many more properties in Los Angeles, always with the goal of leaving it better.
